  • Optional Data(If Provided by User):

    These Fields are Mandatory to Place a Order

  • Order-Related Information

    When an order is placed, we collect and store the following details to process and deliver the order:

    • Name

    • Address

      • Street

      • City

      • State

      • Zip Code

    • Contact Number

    Even if an account is deleted, all order-related data will be retained for legal compliance and order fulfillment.

    However,

    • The user's contact number can be deleted upon request.

    • If the user requests removal, this information will be anonymized or removed from all associated orders.

    • For yet to be delivered orders, the information will be retained until delivery is completed.

    • Data may also be retained where required by law or for essential operational purposes.

4. Account Deletion & Data Retention

Users can delete their accounts at any time by following the steps outlined at:

These Steps Are In Accordance With The Latest App Version ie. 2.3.6 Onwards.
Account Deletion is Not Possible on Versions before 2.3.6.

4.1 What data is being Deleted?

Upon account deletion, the following information is permanently removed from our systems:

  • Items in the shopping cart

  • Items in favorites

  • Stored addresses

  • Profile details, including profile picture, contact information, email, and name.

  • Contact will be removed if User requests.
    Upon account deletion, users are immediately logged out, and active sessions are terminated.

4.2 Order Information Deletion

If a User deletes their Account:

  • For Delivered Orders: The User’s contact number will be removed upon request. However, order-related data will be retained as required by applicable laws and for operational purposes.

  • For Pending Orders: The User’s contact number will be retained until the order is successfully delivered. Upon delivery, the contact number will be removed if requested by User.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Payments are processed through Razorpay with industry-standard security.

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • Orders may be Canceled by us for Inventory, Geographical or any other Limitations.

  • Any International Orders will be Canceled, We do not ship Internationally Shipping is only Provided in India.

  • Upon Cancelation, the money will be refunded in 7-10 days of Cancelation and the User will be Notified.

  • Shipping may take 5-10 days depending upon the Delivery Address.

  • Shipping Charges could be applied as per Order.

  • Except in cases of technical errors such as money deducted but order not placed , or undelivered orders.

  • Appropriate Proof needs to be provided by User for Refunds.

  • Refund requests for such cases must be submitted within 7 days of Order.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, we will attempt to contact the user for corrections.

  • If No Response by User, Money Will Be Refunded in 7 Days and Order will be Canceled.

6. Data Sharing & Security

  • We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

  • We use Firebase Authentication and Firebase Firestore for secure data storage and management.

  • Payment transactions are securely handled by Razorpay, and we do not store any sensitive payment details.

  • All security and encryption measures are handled directly by these third-party providers.

  • We have implemented Appropriate Security Measures to Protect User Data. However, we are Not responsible for security breaches that may occur on Firebase or Razorpay servers.

7. Children's Privacy

  • We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13 years old.

  • If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child, we will delete the data immediately.

  • Account may be Suspended or Terminated if found to be held by User under 13 Years Old.

  • Parents or legal guardians may request deletion of such accounts.

  • Upon receiving a valid request, the account and its associated data will be removed within 7 business days.

  • We do not actively monitor or verify users' ages.

8. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new policy.

We will Send Notifications, to the Users who have our Application installed. However, in some cases the notification might not reach the User.

Therefore it is Recommended to review this policy periodically to stay informed about any updates or changes.

4.3 Account Suspension

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account if:

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity such as Misuse of Overlooked Bugs in the Service is detected.

  • A User violates our policies, including improper use of the Service.

  • This could also lead to Legal Charges against User.

  • Any Pending Orders will be Canceled and Refund eligibility will be reviewed based on the nature of the policy violation.

  • Such as, No Refund if the Order was Placed with No Payment.

  • There is a legal or regulatory requirement.

1. Interpretations & Definitions

  • Application is the Shri Krishna Studio software program provided by the Company for use. It is available for Download for Android at Play Store. No IOS Counterpart has been Officially Hosted.

  • Company refers to Shri Krishna Studio, which owns and operates the Service. It may be referred to as "We," "Us," or "Our" in this policy.

  • Device Any electronic equipment capable of accessing the Service, such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, or desktop computers.

    • Firebase Authentication (for login security)

    • Firebase Firestore (for storing user data)

    • Razorpay (for payment processing)

  • Server refers to Firebase's cloud infrastructure used by the Company for secure authentication and database management. All data is stored within the country and is encrypted by Firebase. For Payments, Razorpay is Used which ensure proper encryption of Data.

  • Order Related Data is Information required to process and deliver an order, including:

    • Name

    • Address (Street, City, State, Zip Code)

    • Contact Number

    This data is retained for legal compliance even after Account deletion, but the User's phone number can be removed upon request.

  • Data retention is the period during which Personal Data is stored by the Company before being deleted or anonymized.

  • Encryption is a security method used to protect Personal Data by encoding it, ensuring it cannot be accessed without proper authorization. The Company relies on Firebase and Razorpay for encryption and secure transactions.

  • Data Transfer is the movement of Personal Data between different servers or geographic locations. All data in our Service is stored within the country and is not transferred internationally.

  • User Consent A User’s direct permission for data collection, given through actions such as:

    • Clicking "Agree" on a consent form
