Upon account deletion, the following information is permanently removed from our systems:
Profile details, contact information such as email, and name.
User's Name is retained if there are any tests associated with the user
Upon account deletion, users are immediately logged out.

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We store minimal data locally on your device, including:
Viewed notifications
This information is deleted once the notification expires. It is not shared with any third party.
We use Firebase Authentication and Firebase Firestore for secure data storage and management.
All security and encryption measures are handled directly by these third-party providers.
We have implemented Appropriate Security Measures to Protect User Data. However, we are Not responsible for security breaches that may occur on Firebase or Razorpay servers.

6. Children's Privacy
MathSwag may be used by students under the age of 13. We recognize the importance of protecting children's privacy and comply with applicable data protection laws, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), where applicable.
We collect only the minimum necessary information—name and email address—to enable functionality such as test participation, attendance, and study material access. No additional personal information is collected, and no in-app purchases, advertisements, or social interaction features are present in the app.
The only limited visibility among users is in the form of name provided by the child display on test leaderboards.
If a parent or legal guardian believes that their child under 13 has used the app without their consent, they can contact us to review or delete the child's data.
By using the app, users under the age of 13 confirm that they have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to use MathSwag.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page, and continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
We will Send Notifications, to the Users who have our Application installed. However, in some cases the notification might not reach the User.
Therefore it is Recommended to review this policy periodically to stay informed about any updates or changes.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account if:
Fraudulent or suspicious activity such as Misuse of Overlooked Bugs in the Service is detected.
A User violates our policies, including improper use of the Service.
This could also lead to Legal Charges against User.
Any PDF's download link or the PDF is intercepted and shared or misused.
Users may contact Us for clarification or appeal regarding account suspension.
To ensure security and integrity, the app performs the following checks:
Jailbreak or root status
USB debugging enabled
Developer options enabled
App installed on external storage
Notification permission status
If any of these checks fail, the app will not function until the issue is resolved. Some might get the account Suspended.
